Pass sold with a card rental deposit:

• The validity of the travel pass starts from the time you purchase and collect The Singapore Tourist Pass from the authorised sales counter/agent in Singapore.

• Upon purchase of the pass, there will be a rental deposit of S$10 collected for use of the card.  

• Upon expiry of the pass, you could purchase another pass, thereby extending the rental period of the card by a further 5 days.  

• The rental deposit is fully refundable when the card is returned to any of the authorised sales counters in Singapore, within five (5) days from the date it was first issued.  

• If you wish to keep the card beyond the 5 day rental period as a souvenir:
  
  
  • You will have to forego the S$10 card rental deposit.
  • You can continue to use the card as a normal ez-link card by topping up the card with cash at any of the top-up machines or TransitLink Ticket Offices and Passenger Service Counters located within the MRT station.  

• Please ensure that you purchase your travel pass according to the number of days of your travel needs. There will be no refund or partial refund if it is returned before the expiry of the pass.

Pass sold WITHOUT a card rental deposit:

• These passes sold without a card rental deposit refer to travel passes that are purchased online and delivered overseas or through sales channels outside of Singapore. 

• The travel pass can be activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

• The card can be used as a normal ez-link card by topping up the card with cash at any of the top-up machines or TransitLink Ticket Offices and Passenger Service Counters located within the MRT station. 

• However, should you require a refund of the money encoded in the card, the card will be retained. You are advised to use up the remaining value of the card. 

The pass comes bundled with exclusive merchant offers. The exclusive merchant offers are provided by the respective merchants, and EZ-Link assumes no liability or responsibility for any offers provided.

Please note that the pass is only meant for use on MRT, LRT trains and basic bus services. It cannot be used for travel on premium bus services like Express, Fast Forward, Night Owl, Night Rider and Chinatown Direct Services.
